Caring...Concerned...I founded my practice on the principles of education and preparation. I want to assist my clients by easing their concerns about important personal and business legal issues. My approach to estate planning distinguishes me from other attorneys.
Estate planning should be a comfortable process, providing an atmosphere for an open and communicative attorney-client relationship. In this environment, clients are able to express their goals and desires, enabling me to develop an individualized estate plan to meet their specific needs.
My staff and I treat every client request with respect, whether providing for a spouse, children, life partner, or beloved pet. I strive to meet the needs of my clients in a timely and economical manner, while providing the most sophisticated service possible.

Elder law often involves working with families, either because parents come in as clients and want to name their children as executors, health care representatives, trustees, etc…or because the grown children come in, worried that their aging parents need a long term care plan or tax plan and have nothing in place. Other times, disputes within the family lead to contests over who should be appointed guardian or contests over which will should be probated. For each client the task is to listen to his or her concerns and shape a solution that fits his or her needs and resources by selecting from a range of legal options. Along the way, I enjoy my clients and the process of getting to know them and feel very blessed that I get to do what I do.
